Get started

1. Use 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 with an up-to-date Microsoft Edge.
2. Download and run the installer. It installs for your Windows account without administrator access and adds AiMemo to the Start menu.
3. Open AiMemo and sign in. This app has its own browser profile, so sign in once even if you already use AiMemo in another browser. Choose Keep me signed in if wanted.

Internet access is required for sign-in, synchronization and assistant responses. Microphone, notification and file permissions remain under your control.

About this preview

This is a lightweight desktop launcher for the web workspace, not a separate native rewrite or a Microsoft Store release. Your plan, saved notes and account ownership do not change.

The installer is unsigned. Windows may show an unrecognized-app warning. Download only from this page or the linked AiMemo Downloads repository. Do not disable Windows security; if your organization blocks unsigned apps, use the web app instead.

Windows 11 installation and startup checks are recorded for this preview. Windows 10 and real Google, Apple and LazyingArt sign-in inside the Windows window still need further testing.

Updates and removal

The workspace updates through the website; Microsoft Edge keeps its own browser engine up to date. For launcher updates, download the newer installer here and install it over the existing version. There is no background executable updater.

Remove AiMemo through Windows Settings > Apps. Uninstalling keeps local sign-in data and unsent drafts. On a shared PC, log out in AiMemo first. Uninstalling does not delete your account or cancel a subscription.

The local profile is stored in %LOCALAPPDATA%\LazyingArt\AiMemo\Browser. Do not delete it unless you intend to erase local data and have saved your drafts.
